Inspect a real cleanup example
Five fictional data records become three: one cell trimmed, one blank record removed and one duplicate ID removed. Quoted commas, an embedded newline and escaped quotes are preserved in the retained cells.

Spreadsheet apps may interpret text as numbers or formulas.
